Academy is a nationwide organisation, serving delicious meals to pupils of all age groups across the country. We are dedicated to delivering real focus on healthy eating, sustainability and a quality service offer for the students at The Priory School in Shrewsbury.
Food provenance is crucial to our service delivery model, committed to providing your children with the best produce available, with a focus on seasonal and reasonably sourced ingredients. We will only use free-range eggs, Red Tractor certified meat and dairy product suppliers, and ensure that all the fish we cook adheres to Marine Stewardship Council Standards. All suppliers we use are able to demonstrate a clear provenance path from ‘field to fork.’
The team at the school, led by our Catering Manager Toni, prepares fantastic traditional and specialty menu offerings daily.
