Here you will find a variety of useful materials to help you support your mental health and wellbeing.  These resources have been provided by Kooth, an organisation working with children and young people in our area.

Kooth provides free, safe, anonymous, mental health support to children and young people. Kooth is free to access via any internet-connected tablet, computer or smartphone. There are no waiting lists or thresholds to meet and a referral from a medical professional is not needed. Students can join Kooth anonymously simply by visiting www.kooth.com
