Frank

Anne Frank was a 16 year old Jewish girl when she was killed in a concentration camp in 1945 during the Second World War. So, out of the many inspirational people in the world, why Anne Frank?

She was initially made famous for her diary which she wrote between 1942 to 1944. Anne Frank was a bright and inquisitive student who lived a relatively happy and normal childhood .She was very well educated which was shown through her diary. Despite knowing the horrible things outside that surrounded her family and friends she was still optimistic and believed in the good in everyone “I don’t think of all the misery, but of the beauty that still remains” , a quality many of us aspire to have. Today, Anne Frank has become the most famous young author of all time and the diary is one of the most widely read books in the world, translated in over 65 languages which makes her extremely successful. By writing this diary, Anne helped to change the world and help everybody understand that the 6 million Jews killed in the Holocaust had faces, lives and personalities. She is an inspiration to all of us, kids, teenagers and adults for even after what she had been through, she still had hope, bravery, appreciation and optimism  even at the very young age of 16 years old.
